Welcome to my website. If you’re a recruiter or hiring manager, this section is here to help you understand my journey.

I’m passionate about software and technology, and have been since 12 when I built my first computer. Raised by a single mum on disability benefits, I learned resilience early and developed a strong work ethic.

I have strong problem solving skills from Mathematical and IT A-Levels. However, I took a different academic route, instead problem-solving in Law.

Through lots of reflection as an adult, and with a neurodiversity diagnosis, I recognised that software/ analysis and engineering is where my true passion lies. As a result, I taught myself Python, C# and Java, and am dedicated to making this my career.

I believe passion, dedication, and continual learning are the keys to success, and I have all three. I love learning, and will take every oppertunitiy to grow in the role as a decision I've made to myself.

Outside of tech, I’m into the outdoors, photography, running, and hiking. I’ve raised over £5,000 running marathons and love taking on new challenges.
