C# & Python Developer | Aspiring Game Developer

I'm 25-years-old and have previously worked for organisations that support and inspire children and young people.

I've been computer literate and building computers since the age of 13, and in 2025, have made my career goal to work in computers.

Despite this, I do not have a Computer Science degree. At 18, I was completely unsure what I wanted to do with my life, and chose a safe option of Law and Policy.

As an adult, I am owning the fact that this profession does not reflect me and that despite learning and excelling in different areas, I get just as excited to use my Computer as I did at 13.

As a result, I made the tough decision to start learning programming in my free time, Starting with Python and now with C#. I have found that I love learning them and now plan to change career to this sector.

I am most interested in edTech, or Game development, but I am happy to adapt to a role or language.

This website is for me to slowly upload projects over the course of the year and demonstrate my passion. It may look baron from now, because I am still learning the theory in depth as I do not wish to be the programmer who relies on ChatGPT.

Outside of work, I love the outdoors, photography, running and hiking, I've raised over £5000 running Marathons, and love a new challenge. My dream is to be able to programme during the day and explore in the evening.
